Reaction to the blogging project

•What did you like about it? What didn't you like about it?

I think blogging project is another tool of communication between the students and the teachers, also their classmates. By doing this project, we can discuss deeper about the units in class with extended definitions and some other reactions with the lessons. On the one hand, I think this project was useful and can improve our blogging skills. On the other hand, because I usually use facebook like a main tool to contact with my friends and family, I felt a little inconvenience to check it every week. Besides that, unlike facebook, the blogger.com doesn't have a function to send me an emails to announce that I had a new comment from my friends.

•What did you learn from participating in this project?

Like I said above, blogging is a useful tool to communicate with others. I can learn how to use blog, how to comment on my friends' blog and how to add my new friends :)). In addition, this project also gives me a chance to understand and learn a lot of new information and ideas from my classmates. It also helps me to remember the new week's assignments from my teachers.

•Should marks be given to this project?

In my opinion, I think marks should be given to this project. The reason is because obviously, it shows how the students work with their assignments and whether they have a good plan and preparation for the new week or not. In addition, marks are not everything but marks are important for the final evaluation. According to Teresa, there is a big difference between 65 and 70, haha, just joking, please don't tell it to Teresa! Thanks you guys!

Answer for question no.1 Physical ....

According to the authors, nowadays, teenage online players have a "number of serious social problems" when they are attracted by game online. In fact, they spend lots of time in fantasy world in game online stores than they study in school and other physical activities. Seriously, they tend to imitate the violent and bad behaviors which they suffer in game and apply them in their real life, especially murder and suicide. In addition, they also try to steal virtual possessions of other players for their own, that's an example for anti-social behavior online. As a result, these factors cause teenagers to a number of serious problems, especially crimes!

Blog for Week 8

Finally, we are half way through the Oral Presentations. Week 8 was really interesting with 9 presentations. I think all of us had a good job through this last level at CELI. Besides that, we just only have 2 weeks left to complete this level and we'll begin to study at Concordia University in January. I don't know how to explain my feelings at this time. Actually, I feel sad when I think about we will not meet others everyday after this course and spend a long vacation in winter. In addition, thanks to our instructors (Lili and Teresa) for teaching us a lot of useful information for our future study in University. Finally, I wish the rest would do a well-done job for their oral presentation next week!
