I think this statement is talking about people's attitudes and behaviors to the other groups from offshore countries, continents and skin colors. People shouldn't judge others by valuing their appearance, social classes or just their own cultures because they can be judged by the higher class people or other people groups. Besides that, people should recognize others' feeling when they are discriminated as if they are in the same situation. In fact, nobody wants to suffer bad feelings because of discrimination, therefore, don't do that with others when they also can't accept it as the circumstance happens to themselves. That's just my ideas, hope you guys can contribute more information and give me some feedback. Thank you very much!
yes, I agree with your point that any discrimination cannot depend on the external condition of someone. However, there are many factors contribite discrimination and there are no justice in this world. i think discrimination will incessant.

I myself try not to discriminate others but i do sometimes... But atleast am trying not to :D
